TagMakers accepts orders from UK customers over the telephone

Monday to Friday : 10H00 to 17H00

We are one of a very few tag engraving companies that accepts telephone orders. We appreciate that in this time of electronic and online shopping, many customers still prefer to deal with a real person. Also, some customers may experience difficulty in using a website, so placing your order over the phone can be a more efficient way of getting what you need.

Important details regarding telephone orders

We currently accept telephone orders from residents of the UK only. Residents of other countries may CONTACT US to request off-line ordering.

Ordering over the telephone is extremely safe and secure. We will ask you for your credit card details, your billing address, and the postal address to which you want your order delivered.

Please make sure you have full details of the products you wish to order. We will need to know the NAME of the product (the tag), its SIZE and COLOUR and all the information you need to have engraved on the tag.

If you require other products such as lobster clasps or trolley tokens, please make sure you know how many you want and the style and/or colour of the item.

Security

TagMakers does not store or archive your credit card information. We use a Virtual Terminal provided by Squareup which is located on their encrypted secure server. Your payment is processed through this system, and is verified instantly.

Your transaction will reflect as a payment to All Things Ecommerce Ltd - which is the parent company of TagMakers.

Cards Accepted

Orders placed over the phone can be paid for using MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We cannot accept other card providers for telephone orders.

Office Hours and Call-Back Option

We can take telephone orders during normal UK business hours - 10H00 to 17H00 , Monday to Friday only.

You can also request a CALL-BACK. IF we are able to call you back outside of office hours, we will do so. Otherwise your call-back will occur at some point during the next working day.

Terms & Conditions

Telephone orders and payment via credit or debit card are subject to the terms and conditions of:-

• The issuing bank of your card, and card type
• PayPal
• TagMakers and its parent company, All Things Ecommerce Ltd. See Terms

In the event of a card payment being declined, TagMakers may offer alternative suggestions for payment. This offer (if made) is entirely at our discretion.
