Metal Tags Design Service

Metal tags are widely used in industry as well as by private consumers. Such tags include fashion items, pet tags, keyring tags and tags for identification purposes. Metal is popular because it is durable and long-lasting and in most cases can be engraved or marked with text and graphics. In some cases, one or both sides of the tag can be coated with coloured enamels, rendering company logos or other graphic markings. We can assist with the design and prodution of these tags and supply them in any quantity exceeding 250 pieces.

We specialise in industrial metal tags for uses across practically all industrial and commercial applications. In many cases, the design of the tag is determined by the environment in which is to be used. For example, metal garment (cloting) tags need to be made in a manor that is hygienically safe (non toxic), chemically inert and tolerant of moisture and detergents, will not tarnish an stain the garment and which can be safely atteched to the  garment in question.

There is often a need to understand and apply physical and chemical properties when designing tags, such as tolerance to temperature, acid resistance, impermeability and electrical resistance. We endeavour to consider such factors when designing tags.

Plastic Tag Design Service

Plastic tags are popular and are generally made from acrylic and phenolic plastics. Again, the intended use determines what material is nost suitable. We can advise customers on what plastic is best for a given environment.

Can I send my own design?

Yes of course you can send your own design!

In fact, this saves you money.

If you have an existing design, or logo, all we need is a high-resolution image in JPG, BMP, GIF, TIFF or PDF format. (If a graphic designer created your logo, they should have high-quality images to send us). Bear in mind the SHAPE of your logo and the SHAPE of the tag. If your logo is very wide and shallow - it may not render well on a disc. We can "re-arrange" a logo, and will send you a proof for approval.
