Anodised Aluminium Technical Specifications

Introduction

Our tags are manufactured in the USA by the world's leading maker of quality anodised tags. They are anodised to a greater depth than most other manufacturers (around 3 to 4 times thicker) and dyed with neutral, inert dyes.

The alloy is 3005 - an alloy that meets specifications in most specialist industries, such as Aerospace, Pharmaceutical, Food and Medical.

Aluminium / aluminum 3000 series alloys provide a wide range of mechanical properties coupled with excellent corrosion resistance, weldability and formability.

Aluminium/aluminum 3005 alloy is a non-heat treatable wrought alloy with manganese as the key alloying element.

The following datasheet will provide more details about aluminium / aluminum 3005 alloy.
