Enamel Pastel Pet Tags

These pastel Enamel Pet Tags have softer colours (red, black, light blue, dark blue and pink) and are slightly thicker than the standard Enamel tags.

They are made in the same way as most Enamel Pet Tags through a process called soft-enamelling. The enamel coating is applied by hand in two or three even coats onto the metal base. This is then put in a warm curing oven for up to 15 hours.

It is not usual for the pastel Pet Tags to be topped with domed resin, but sometimes we get stock that has this. There is no difference in suitability or durability - it is simply a cosmetic feature that some manufacturers apply to the tag.
