Very Disappointed

Tags were not the same as shown on web page. Print is very faint, you can hardly read it. Collar claps, although free, not very strong.

Also unable to find and print off an invoice.

Wont be ordering again.

Yes... painful as it is, we publish the bad reviews too... We have emailed Selena to find out exactly what she is unhappy with, and will adhere strictly to our customer satisfaction and product guarantees. Incorrect tags, defective workmanship and poor quality are dealt with very seriously here, and though we have a less than one-in-a-thousand query rate on defective products, even that is too high for us.

We do however, urge customers to get in touch with us first, before sending a negative review, so that we can sort out any issues. If any customer is unhappy with the products, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our system automatically emails invoices on completion of a purchase. We avoid paper where possible as we like to do our bit for the environment. Invoices are also visible in the "My Account" section when a customer logs into the site.
