This is a stylish chrome-plated disc, with a top tab. it measures 22mm in diameter and is therefore quite small and comfortable to wear. It is strikingly visible - people can't miss it - which is important if you need someone to see critical information quickly.
This pendant has the Medic-Alert symbol on the front, so can only be engraved on the BACK. It can take up to three lines of text so we suggest you keep it BRIEF.
