We guarantee our solid brass tags for the lifetime of your pet

 

We are confident that the text on our solid brass pet tags will not fade or rub away over time - no matter how active your pet.

We therefore guarantee that this tag - and the writing on it - will last the lifetime of your pet.

If the tag wears down to a point where the text can no longer be easily read we will replace the tag at no charge.

PLEASE NOTE: Colour infilling - if chosen - will fade or wear away over time. We can re-colour your tag(s) if this happens. Simply post the tag(s) back to us with a return-address envelope, with a Royal Mail "Large Letter" stamp on it. If you do not provide a stamped, self-addressed envelope, we may not be able to return the tag(s) to you.

Naturally, our guarantee applies to tags being used for the purpose for which they were designed and made. If you subject the tag to abnormal conditions (such as drying it in the oven, or with a blowtorch) our guarantee may not apply. Please read the full terms and conditions below.
Lifetime guarantee on our solid brass tags

 

General Conditions Under Which We Offer A Guarantee

  1. We guarantee our tags against faulty manufacture and / or workmanship
  2. We guarantee that engraved text will not fade or become illegible for a period equal to the remaining lifetime of the pet for which the tag is originally intended, or for twelve consecutive calendar years after the tag was purchased.
  3. We do not guarantee the tags against loss.
  4. The guarantee applies only to pet tags used for the purpose of being attached to a pet's collar, lead or harness. The guarantee does not apply to tags where the conditions under which it is being used are corrosive, or where there is frequent bashing and knocking of the tag, or when sustained or frequent friction is applied to the engraved surfaces.
  5. Claims under the guarantee must be made in writing, and the damaged tag must accompany the written claim.
